Soul Soup Readings

One of the most meaningful parts of my work is gathering people together—small, intentional circles of friends or family—coming not for entertainment, but for connection. Real connection. The kind that makes you feel a little more seen, a little more whole. This is why I created soul soups years ago, a funny name perhaps but who doesn't love the concept of a big winter soup on the stove simmering with many different ingredients. It is my reminder that we are all working together to make life yummy. Before we meet, I ask for just your first name, one week in advance. That’s all I need. I spend that time listening in, writing, opening up to the quiet truths that want to be shared for each of you. When we gather, we give ourselves 2 to 4 hours. Time slows down. We share stories, messages, and guidance—sometimes from spirit, sometimes from loved ones who have passed on, and often from that deeper place within you that’s been waiting to be heard. It’s soft, it’s sacred, it’s deeply human. It’s the kind of gathering where hearts open, and something beautiful shifts. It is truly not something that you will forget after the one evening, you will grow more connected as a community.
